How to create a signature in Roundcube Webmail

1. Log in to your webmail
2. Select Roundcube webmail application
3. Click on the Personal Settings on the Right Top Panel
4. Select on Identities Tab.
5. Double Click on the Display name.
6. Click on the HTML editor to enter your HTML signature
7. Click Save after you are done.
8. Go to Preference tab and check on the box for Compose HTML message.
9. Click Save and Done.

How to Enable AutoLoad of your Webmail

Many of us use Webmail to access our emails and gives you a choice of three email clients to choose from while accessing your Webmail (Squirrel Mail, Round Cube & Horde)

Usually over time, we all settle for just one email client and to make it automatically load that email client upon your login to webmail we have an AutoLoad feature. To activate this feature, simply log into your webmail and below your favorite email client, there is a link called Enable AutoLoad. Click that link and set the number of seconds it should autoload in. Thats it! You have just making your life a bit easier :)

How to Change Time Zone Display in Round Cube Webmail

In this article we will show you how to change the time zone for Round Cube mail system. Customizing time zone settings help you to know the correct time when you receive and send emails.

1. Log on to your webmail (
2. Click on Round Cube Mail
3. From top right menu, click Personal Settings
4. Select Time Zone
