We do not provide private name server option with our shared web hosting solutions but you can use them with our reseller hosting plans.

Private name server option is best for providers who would like to offer reseller hosting under their own domain name.

How do i change the Name Servers for my Domain bought from

When you buy a domain name from us, we make it really simple for you to manage it. To change the name servers to your domain name, please follow the steps below.

1. Log into the Client Area
2. Click on My Domains

3. Then click on the Green Arrow next to your domain name

4. Scroll down to change the Nameservers

Now, simply replace the existing and enter the nameservers provided by your host. If you have taken hosting from us… you do NOT need to change the nameservers.

I Changed my NameServers but my Domain still isn’t Live

Please note that once your NameServer changes are saved, it may take 24-48 hours for your NameServer changes to be updated across the Internet. Keep checking on web browser resolution and email function to test when your nameservers have been fully updated in the Internet registry made available to all Internet service providers.

Sometime it helps by deleting cookies and temp internet files from your browser and also resetting your internet connection by switching your modem on and off to be able to view your website faster.

How to change NameServers for your Domain Name in

Before showing you how to change the Name Servers, let me first tell you why this is important. Name Server change is needed to point your domain name to a web host. When you buy domain and hosting from you do not need to make any such changes as this is automatically done for you. However if need be, you can make changes from your domain control area.

2. Click on Domain Manager.
3. You would see a new window open with a list of your domain names.

This is it! You have successfully changes the name servers for your domain name. It may take up to 36 hours for the new name servers to propagate all over the net, usually it is done much faster.
