I would like to start with an apology with respect to our customer service, a few of our customers have complained that they have had trouble reaching our customer care phone number. We are in the middle of a major support overhaul… we have hired over 40 new support techs to serve you better and they are under training. I am also happy to state that the long awaited 24/7 phone support will be soon implemented as well.

Note: Please remember that we offer 24/7 email support from our ticketing system and you can raise a support ticket by simply emailing from your registered email id. Our techs usually get back within 30 minutes of raising the ticket.

What is Hosting?

February 7th, 2012

We often hear this question, though it is a simple question but what exactly is web hosting and why do you need it?

Hosting is one of the 3 web services which you would need to have for your website to be displayed online.

1. A domain name (e.g
2. Hosting space (where you will upload your website)
3. Web Pages (The design of your website)

Anyone of the above missing and you will not be able to see your website online. When it comes to web hosting, you just don’t get the web space but along with it, you get email address in your domain name e.g You get the ability to make dynamic website and host databases. You also get a host of other stuff.

Now that you know what web hosting is, you need to find a reliable web hosting services provider… which of course is :)

Happy Republic Day

January 26th, 2012

We would like to wish everyone a very Happy Republic Day!

Wikipedia: In India, Republic Day commemorates the date on which the Constitution of India came into force replacing the Government of India Act 1935 as the governing document of India on 26 January 1950. The 26th of January was chosen to honour the memory of the declaration of independence of 1930. It is one of the three national holidays in India. While the main parade takes place in the national capital New Delhi at the Rajpath before the president, the anniversary is also celebrated with varying degrees of formality in state capitals and other centres.

Note: Our office and phone support will remain closed on the 26.01.2012. However we have Chat and Email support open today as well.
