View any Web Site via Proxy to check if it is Working Properly

At times you might not be able to access a website, there could be various reasons to that but the most common is that your ISP might be blocking the website or your ISP is having some temporary DNS issues and is not able to map the website you want to access.
There is a simple way to check this problem. You should access the domain you are trying to view via a Proxy website. This proxy website would bypass your IP and show the website.
You can try pagewash.com which is a good proxy, one on the website, type in the domain name and start browsing, if you are able to see the website then you are sure that there is some issue with your internet service provider, generally such issues are temporary and are resolved in a few hours.
