I created an Addon Domain, why is it saying Subdomain added?

I added an addon domain, but cPanel said a subdomain has been created.
Please ignore this! It is a fully functional domain name that can have its own emails, forwarders, and pages. cPanel calls it a subdomain because the addon domain exists in inside your sites public_html directory.
