How to Take a Backup of Your Website from cPanel

How do I take a backup of all my files directly from cPanel without using FTP
To backup and move your site please do the following.
1. First, login to your cPanel and click “Backup Wizard”
2. Once in Backup Wizard, click “backup” This will backup all of your email accounts, files, and a few other things along your MySQL databases.
3. In the next step it will ask you for a “Full or Partial Backup.” Choose the one which suits you best.
Note (if you choose to take a full backup): You can only use this to move your account to another server, or to keep a local copy of your files. You cannot restore Full Backups through your cPanel interface. Find out more details on the above link.
