You would only need to add child name servers to your domain name if you are using private name servers which are a part of reseller hosting. Else you would not need to change them.

Please follow the steps below to add child name servers.

1. Login to your domain control panel.
2. Mouse over Domains and click List all orders.
3. Click on the domain name you would like to add child name servers for.

4. Enter your own name servers e.g. ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com along with the IP address provided by us and then click submit.

5. Once you are done with the above, Do not forget to change your Name Servers to the newly created private name servers.

By default your domain name is locked when you purchase it, this is for your own safety that a domain cannot be transferred without your knowledge or authorization.

If you would like to transfer your domain name to other domain registrars, then you would need to get the domain secret code and also unlock the domain name.

Please follow the steps below to unlock your domain name.

1. Login to your advance domain control panel. You username will be your email address and you can use the forgot password option incase you do not remember your password.
2. Click on Domains and then click List all Orders
3. Click on the Domain name you want to unlock.
4. Click on Theft Protection
5. Enable or Disable it.

Although there should not be any reason for you to transfer out your domain name as we are one of the cheapest domain name providers in India and not just that, we give you complete access to your domain control panel which is not provided by most Indian domain registrars.

Please follow the below procedure to obtain your domain Auth / Secret / Private Code.

1. Login to your advance domain control panel. You username will be your email address and you can use the forgot password option incase you do not remember your password.
2. Click on Domains and then click List all Orders
3. Click on your domain name for which you would like to see the auth code.
4. Click the Domain Secret, from here you can either view the code or change it.

We need to verify the domain ownership before we issue an SSL Certificate. The fastest option is to temporarily disable the private whois service while an SSL certificate is issued. Once you have the RSA key, you can turn the private whois back on, and then resume with the certificate installation.

Please follow the steps below to activate domain forwarding.

1. Log on to your Domain Management Area
2. Go to Domains tab and click List All Orders
3. Click on the domain name which you would like to activate forwarding for.
4. Click Domain Forwarding tab
5. Click Activate Domain Forwarding
6. You will be asked to change your default name servers and then from the pop up you will be able to forward your domain name.

Note: Domain forwarding may take 12-24 hours to be live as this involves DNS propagation.
